Efficient AC and hot water.

I was deeply disappointed with the cleanliness of my room as the cleaner never came even once despite my requests. The mattresses were uncomfortable. I experienced a significant lack of communication with the staff, who did not address my concerns or help me when needed.

I stayed 3 nights in a Triple Room, and it was fantastic! The room was spacious and clean, with air conditioning, a fridge, and comfortable beds. Plus, the location is perfect, just a 5-10 minute walk from local attractions like Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum.

The rooms are perfect and exceptionally nice for good value. Hotel's breakfast is above average with sweet pastries and meats, for instance. It has marvellous very central location very close to the downtown. The ambience of the property is quiet and the staff is amazing.

The rooftop terrace was a chill spot for breakfast, and we loved the convenient location. It made visiting local attractions like the Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum super easy. Rooms were basic but clean and had the essentials. Definitely a great pick for budget travelers looking for a good experience!

The only downside was occasionally hearing traffic noise at night, harder to sleep sometimes.

The strong odor in my room was quite off-putting!!! The bathroom fixtures were broken and poorly maintained!!! A persistent shriek from the pipes was seriously unnerving!!! The location lacks decent food options nearby!!!

The rooftop terrace was perfect for breakfast, and the location near Al Horreya café added to our experience. We visited the Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum, both easily accessible. This hotel is clean, quiet, and offers great value for budget travelers. Definitely recommend it!

I had a great experience during my stay! The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views and a delicious breakfast each morning, refreshing my start to the day. the soundproofing could definitely use some improvement as I heard quite a bit of traffic noise during my time there. I'd definitely consider coming back for the amazing breakfast and large, comfy room!
